Fussy Britches will not share any customer information with others and will respect your privacy. If you are not comfortable with placing an order online, please give us a call at 617.784.4651 and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: You must own a brick & mortar store and provide your store address.

Turnaround Time [back to top]
Please allow 10-14 business days for your purchase. In the event that the shirt style you ordered is backordered, we will contact you immediately. At that time, you will have the option to either wait for the style to be re-stocked or select an alternate style/color.

Shipping & Handling [back to top]
Fees to ship Fussy Britches’ products are as follows:
1 - 2 products - $4.00
2 - 5 products - $6.00
5+ products - estimate to be provided upon receiving order

All products are shipped USPS first-class mail. If you have a rush order, please indicate that on your order form and we will do our best to accommodate your request (additional shipping fees will likely apply).

Order Confirmation & Cancellations [back to top]
Once your order form is received, we will send you an e-mail with an invoice confirming the receipt of your order (within 24-48 hours). Cancellations are not accepted after your confirmation e-mail has been sent by Fussy Britches.

Our Products [back to top]
All of our products are hand crafted and made to order. This is what adds to the uniqueness of our product line. No two Fussy Britches shirts are exactly alike, and therefore you may expect slight variations between each individual item. These variances are not to be taken as flaws, but as characteristics that make your piece truly one of a kind!

Applique Design [back to top]
Please note, all of the appliqués on Fussy Britches’ shirts are designed to fray slightly in the wash to give them a handmade, vintage feel.

Care Instructions [back to top]
Fussy Britches recommends washing all of our products inside out in cold water using a “gentle” cycle. Either hang dry or use low heat in your dryer. This will ensure your Fussy Britches shirts are around for a long time.

Size Guide [back to top]
Fussy Britches clothing runs a bit on the small side so we strongly recommend that you size up for your purchase. If your child fits their clothing on the upper end of their current size, you may want to consider two sizes up.

The following size guides will help you make a decision – keep in mind that all of our products are 100% cotton and they will shrink when put in the dryer.

Gifts [back to top]
If your purchase is a gift, Fussy Britches is happy to mail it directly to the recipient. All products are wrapped in tissue and we will include a gift note with your purchase. Please use our order form to indicate what you would like the card to say.

Pricing [back to top]
Onesies and Short Sleeved Tees start at $23.
Long Sleeved Tees start at $26.
Burp Cloths are $8 for one or $20 for a set of three.
All Gift Set pricing is detailed on our order form.

Prices for shirts and onesies include one appliqued design. Adding additional designs to a shirt or onesie (i.e. – two letters, letter plus character) will incur an additional charge of $3.00 per.

Forms of Payment [back to top]
At this time, Fussy Britches only accepts payments in the form of a check. All checks can be made out to Fussy Britches and sent to 14 Pineo Farms Road, Seabrook, NH 03874 once you receive your invoice and we have confirmed your order.

Exchanges & Refunds [back to top]
All Fussy Britches merchandise is custom-made to order. Given the personalized nature of the items, all sales are final. We strive to maintain a very high level of quality and accuracy of your order to ensure that everything is in perfect condition before it is shipped. However, in the unlikely event your merchandise is damaged, does not meet your order requirements, or if you are dissatisfied in some way, please e-mail us at krystn@fussybritches.net. In your email, please reference your order and describe the item that is damaged. We will do our best to resolve the issue immediately.
